The Nexo Mini Passport intelligent door phone is a new and innovate system for large buildings which replaces the traditional door phone, avoiding the everyday troubles that these old equipments cause, improving communication services inside and outside the buildings and increasing the safety of residents.
Some relevant features are:

damages in its use.
• Clarity, sharpness and privacy during
calls.
• Programmed intercommunication among apartments with
the option of making community groups of mutual security.
• Option of calling the security with only picking up the receiver (Hot-Line).
• 4 different street fronts can be answered (hall, parking, service entry,
etc.) and activate the locks selectively.
• Remote control of lights, sound alarms,
mechanical doors, etc.
• Common fronts with individual push buttons for each
apartment.
• Option of locating the porter and loudspeakers.
• Alarm
clock with programmable hours for each apartment.
• Option of connecting the public
telephone network, integrated to the existing telephones in each house.
• Public
service interconnection.
• Option of receiving phone calls without giving your
private number, filtering them through the security post.
• “Do-not-disturb”, “Follow
me”,
etc. functions available.
Technical features:
• Up to a maximum of 96 apartments in increasing modules
in eights (minimum).
• Connectable to 4 standard door phone
fronts (minimum 2).
• 4 telephone lines for shared use can be connected.
• Security post with
screen showing the communication state in the apartments, doors and large doors-opening,
alarms, alarm clocks, etc.
• Option of interconnecting to Nexo
